What is the Lenovo Evolve Small initiative?
The Lenovo Evolve Small initiative is designed to support minority, disabled, and woman-owned small businesses by providing them with tools and resources to implement AI solutions. Since its inception in 2021, it has helped over 5,000 businesses across North America, offering more than $3.6 million in technology, financial aid, mentorship, and community support.
Who is eligible to apply for the AI Grant?
Small businesses located in metropolitan areas such as Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, San Diego, Houston, Washington D.C., Toronto, and Vancouver, with annual revenues under $7.5 million and 75 or fewer employees, can apply. They must also be using Microsoft 365 as their primary operating system.
What do grant winners receive?
Winners of the Lenovo Evolve Small grant receive a $25,000 grant, a customized AI technology package valued at $10,000, and access to mentorship programs through Goodie Nation and Chantel Cohen. This support includes personalized coaching in key business functions such as sales, marketing, and technology.
